What shall i do after my diploma engg course?

presently pursuing my diploma engg in informationscience 6th sem in bangalore. And i completed my 2pu in science. Now i'm confused which course to take after this, i want to earn high salary so suggest me which course can i take any tell me how many years shld i study for that course. Thankyou!
