Please help on my career options in IT?

i gave my final sem BCA exam from Pune University, i have average marks so far.I dont know the corporate world scenario, if MBA will set my career up, what are the varios options in MBA without disturbing the IT course of study(MBA(IT),MBA(SYSTEMS) or else...?)? i think to work for 2 or 3 years and then go for full time MBA,but before that i gotta have some know-hows about IT world.
