What course should i take further ?

I am currenly studying BCA 6th sem, and also i am about to face my CCNA exam this comming month. What course should i take after this, to get good job, salary matters. I am planning to joing CCNA Security, or shall i proceed to some Oracle, Java or ANY programming language. If i go further to NETWORK SECURITY courses, which one would be better for me.....plz ...share me ur knowledge and advise...thanks///
