How long does it takes our biological clock to adapt?

It is not good to sleep during daytime and keep awake during night.It is the natural process to sleep during night ideal time is 10 pm to 4 pm so that you get a sound sleep of 6 hours which keeps you healthy and strong and active. During night you cannot remail ative and do excersise etc,. so be natural and kep going
