What is wrong with my bearded dragon? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I got 2 baby bearded dragons a few months ago and one seems to be growing but the other one doesn't. He fell off a log a couple months ago and we think broke his leg but we didnt know so we didnt take him to a vet. Now he seems not to be growing at all and all four arms sem to be messed up. One day i got home from school and my mom said the bigger one was dragging the other one around the cage and now his feet are all messed up. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!
