What is the best human bulk hair?

I am moving to Florida from Chicago and I want to get my hair braided before I leave. And I am planning to get cornrow tree braids and I am wondering what is a good quality human bulk hair. I don't want to spend a whole lot of money on the hair but then again i don't want the dollar hair either. I want something that will look nice for a month or two. Something also that can withstand me going the beach and the pool on the regular basis. Also would wet and wavy hair be an option and if so what brand?
