Second semester will i make friends?

okay so long story short im in my first year of a double law degree and i moved from Sydney to a country town to attend uni. Anywaz uni here is very very laid back and i made a couple of friends and its okay. for the second semester i might move back home to Sydney and go to a uni there to avoid all the costs of living away from home.the problem is i wont know anybody and am scared i wont make friends because everyone would already have met first sem. do you think it will be hard to make friends at a new uni second sem
