Please HELP! with Running?

Hi, im 14 year old girl, 5'4'' and 114 lbs. i plan on running 30 min a day starting tomorrow. i just wanna tone up and lose 5-10 lbs. i hate my legs so much. they are a little chubby and i want them to be slimmer. will running slim down my legs and make them toned or bulk them up?
