Is this workout plan too much or is it fine? Would really like some help!!?
Okay your firstly going to have to organise this, say like Bicep and Back on monday then Tricep and Chest on Friday then Abs and Biceps on Wednesday then on Tuesday do your legs SO calf and Quads then on Thursday really burn your shoulders, I don't know the names of the muscles in the shoulders still doing my research, but on saturday I would exercise what ever I think is most important to me and on Sunday have a nice rest with healthy eating and get ready for the NEXT WEEK! now personally I would target every muscle in my upper body but I'm doing this judging by what you want.
