Is the Double Face palm Star Trek: TNG pic for real or Photoshopped?

Photoshopped. The source page linked includes links to the two original pictures from which they got this one. I think the Riker one is from A Mater of Perspective. Picard's might be from Deja Q, but I can't confirm.
