I am doing my MBA and my College Provides me internship from 3rd sem itself will this affect my studies?

I have been thinking that if i do job from 3rd sem will i b able to study and work both at a time?? is it a advantage or disadvantage well my college does not force me to do but all my friends have got the jobs n i denied it is it right?
